CIP Systems

C.I.P. or Cleaning In Place systems are an essential part for the production facility and should not be considered as an afterthought but form a key part of the HazOp. Enterprise Tondelli have a variety of solution depending on product and plant size.

Mobile semi-automatic craft CIP plant – The smallest unit we supply is designed with craft or artisan producers in mind. The two tank mobile unit features two cleaning solution tanks with either 200 or 300 litre capacity depending on the size of the utility to be cleaned. For extra verticality all the equipment is mounted on a common frame on castors so that it can be moved around in the plant. One tank has electric heating elements in it so that hot cleans can be carried out in recirculation. Temperature controls are on the stainless steel control panel that allows unit start up and temperature settings. Two integral pumps are fitted on the unit for flow and return of the media. Hot tanks are insulated for health and safety. This option provides an economical solution and has formed part of a number of recent small bottling line projects designed, supplied and installed by Enterprise Tondelli.

Three 5,000 litre tank fully automatic CIP set with three concurrent cleaning streams feeding to three flow plats distributing to a total of 45 objects to be cleaned ranging from large mixing tanks, to filters to bottle and can fillers. Complete with cip flow meters, SIP of the unit, automatic titration etc. and delivered for the UK market

Two further three tank fully automatic CIP set for a beer bottling lines in West Africa with 6,000 litre tanks, for hot caustic, peracaetic, hot water.

On board CIP set for dairy flash pasteurisation project with electric heating and inline dosing.
