Fruit juices are a key sector in the beverage market and Enterprise Tondelli has considerable expertise with fruit juices and their production.
The start of the process is the juice preparation room. This can involve Enterprise Tondelli supplying drum emptying equipment, automatic juice blending, juice storage tanks, simple syrup preparation, homogenisation, flash pasteurisation, de-aeration of the juice and juice transfer. We can assist with the process design as well as the equipment supply and have been involved with juices with whole dice or fruit cells and their treatment and filling for over 20 years.
We can supply the complete filling line for either glass, PET of cans or a combination of the above.
The filling line can come complete with a variety of options depending on the juice type and packaging options which will be tailor-made to your requirements. For instance, carbonated juice without preservatives can come with a tunnel pasteuriser or hot-filled PET bottles with a holder cooler. We can offer shrink wrapping, wraparound cartonning, or a combined machine to meet your marketing needs.
