From bottling and canning lines from 3,000 to 72,000 per hour! Up to complete “Turnkey” solutions (“Greenfield/Brownfield” site designs) or single machine integrations. Empty bottle and can supply machinery, through wet filling and dry packaging to palletisation. Our focus is on your beverage filling and packaging challenges – just tell what you need.
Enterprise Tondelli will be alongside Baumer who are exhibiting a COMBI solution. The special “U” shaped infeed machine is designed for tight spaces and can handle shrink wrap, wrapround cartons, trays, flat boards and film-only. A key feature of the new COMBI is the BM-Belt, Baumer’s exclusive automatic format change system. With just one click from the operator panel, the BM-Belt allows seamless switching between film and wrap-around modes — significantly reducing downtime and maximizing production flexibility. The displayed model will be operational to visually demonstrate the moving parts and their integral workings. This is just one machine from the wide range of Baumer packaging solutions supplied by Enterprise Tondelli from 20 -200 packs per minute!
The Enterprise Tondelli stand will be the central hub for visiting our other manufacturing partners in the vicinity. They will be will be exhibiting such equipment as:-
– Rotary can filler seamer rated at 12,000 cans per hour with automatic CIP cups solution and flow meter filling valves with electro pneumatic controls
– A range of rotary can and bottle fillers from 1,500 containers per hour upwards along with labelling solutions
