NEW 2011 AND UNUSED OZONISER SYSTEM:-

 Manufactured by Water Systems of Italy in 2011. The machine model Ozoner 200F is capable of processing 20,000 litre/hr and producting 40 grm/hr of ozone. The unit is skind mounted and suitable for use for ozonising water and also to remove manganese and iron without chemicals. (Filters would need to be added for the precipitate removal). It can also be used for CIP purposes and does not use any chemicals such as chlorine etc. Includes a flow meter system on the outlet to ensure accurate dosing in the event of a filler or rinser stoppage. System is deisgned to be part of an ozonised ring main. Available now.

COMPLETE LINE:-

All equipment will produce 15,000 bph x 1.5 litres with the exception of the blowing wheel which limits the line to 8,400 max bph
