ENTERPRISE TONDELLI AT DRINKTEC 2009 
Enterprise Tondelli will participate at Drinktec 2009 in Munich at Stand B 5.111 (14 - 19 September 2009). Enterprise and it's partners will be exhibiting several innovative machines:- - 200 cycles per minute Baumer shrink film overwrapper in a closed loop of conveyors. The unit is twin lane producing 400 packs per minute and fitted with a patented completely automatic reel change-over system with no welding bar. This system is also suitable for registered film and with a great reduction of film wastage.
- Monobloc carton erector / loader / sealer for 1,000 cases per hour. The unit from Fipal Srl has a very compact footprint with all elements combined in one economical machine reducing capital investment and making for a favourable cost benefit ration for labour savings. A smaller model is available with only one head at 500-600 cartons per hour.
- Unique "baseless" filler/capper unit for PET bottles. The hygienic filler has no table top with all carousels being suspended from the ceiling of the enclosure for easy access and better efficiencies - nothing underneath. The 48 valve unit on show can be configured with flow meters or level type filling valves. The unit is in a closed circuit of:-
- Eurosistemi empty and full bottle conveyors simulating the monoblocing of the blow moulder and filler in a closed continuous loop. This new system means the SBM and filler can be monobloced together by the customer rather than being obliged to accept a supplier's standard configuration. This means the client can use the blow moulder and the filler that they really want. It also allows for a better separation between the blower and filler which have different environmental requirements (ie the SMB should be in a humidity and temperature controlled or stable environment whereas the filler is contributing to high humidity). The system also reduces the normal high bottle wastage with monbloc solutions.
